Refund policy
Every PopFerry order is made to order. That means a real person prints your piece when you buy it, then ships it from a US facility. Because nothing sits on a shelf with your name on it, our return policy is a little different from a typical retail store. Here's how it works.
What we cover
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives with a print defect, a manufacturing flaw, or shipping damage, we'll make it right. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll either reprint and reship the order, or issue a full refund. Your choice.
Lost in transit
If your tracking shows the package never arrived, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and either reship or refund.
Wrong item received
If you ordered one design or color and got something else, we'll fix it. Photo of what you received plus your order number, and we'll reship the correct item at no cost.
Size exchanges
We get it, sizing apparel online isn't always easy. If your piece doesn't fit, we offer one size exchange per order under these terms.
Reach out within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
You cover the cost of return shipping back to us.
We cover the cost of producing and shipping the new size to you.
Heads up: because every piece is made to order, the replacement takes the standard 5 to 10 business days to ship out, just like a new order.
What we don't cover
Buyer's remorse
Since each piece is custom-made for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or "it didn't look like I expected." We do everything we can to make our product photos accurate. If you have any doubts before ordering, message us and we'll help.
Final sale items
Items marked "final sale" or sold during a sample sale aren't eligible for exchange or refund.
Care-related issues
Damage caused by washing, drying, or wearing outside our care instructions isn't covered. Each piece ships with a care label, and care info is on every product page.
