Where we ship

PopFerry currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO military addresses. We don't ship internationally at this time. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when we expand, drop your email at the bottom of any page.

How we make and ship your order

Every PopFerry piece is made to order. When you place an order, a real person at our US fulfillment facility prints your design onto the garment, packs it, and ships it. Nothing sits on a shelf with your name on it.

This means a few extra days up front, but better quality, less waste, and a piece that's truly yours.

Delivery timeframes

Standard US shipping is 5 to 10 business days from order to delivery, broken down as follows:

Production: 2 to 5 business days. This is when your piece is being printed and packed.
Transit: 3 to 5 business days. This is when the package is on its way to you.

Most orders arrive in the lower end of that window. During holidays or peak seasons, production may extend by a couple of days. We'll always ship as fast as we honestly can.

Free shipping

Orders of $75 or more ship free within the United States. Below $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.

Shipping rates

We offer one shipping option: standard. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of items in your order. Most single-item orders ship for under $5, with each additional item adding a small amount.

We don't offer express shipping at this time. Because every piece is made to order, the bottleneck is production, not transit. Express shipping would only shave 2 to 3 days off the transit leg, while production still takes 2 to 5 business days. We'd rather charge you fairly than upsell something that isn't worth the markup.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our facility. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to populate after shipping, depending on the carrier.

Carriers we use

We ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on what offers the best speed and rate for your address. The carrier is selected automatically per order.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at hello@popferry.com as soon as possible. We can update the address only if your order hasn't entered production yet, which is usually within 1 to 2 hours of placing the order. Once production starts, we can't make changes.

Double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at the time of order.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery, or a refused delivery, we'll reach out to coordinate reshipment. You'll be responsible for the additional shipping cost. If we can't reach you within 30 days, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Lost packages

Tracking shows your package as delivered but it's not at your door? Wait 48 hours, then check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it still hasn't shown up, email us at hello@popferry.com and we'll work with the carrier to figure it out. We cover lost packages reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Shipping delays

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, mechanical issues, or events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we'll do everything we can to help track down a delayed package.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.
